At Sorens Cosmetics we truly care about our customers and their satisfaction with our products. We do understand that at times you might not be happy or satisfied with our products and we encourage you to share your feedback with us. We assure you we will work with you to find a solution.

We do accept returns if the products have not been damaged. The time frame for the return is 7 days from the shipping date and the refund will be processed up to 7 business days from receiving the products back. The return label will be provided and the refund will be credited back on the same method used for payment. If the return is attempted after 15 days from the original shipping date we reserve the right to refuse the refund/return.

To exchange products, they must be returned in the original packaging and unused. A return label will be provided to you. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange if it is attempted after 15 days from the original shipping date or we find that the products have been used or damaged in any way.
