Shipping & Return Policy

At Sorens Cosmetics, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction and comply with European consumer protection regulations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Right of Withdrawal:

• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
• The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by contacting us via email or mail.

Effects of Withdrawal:

• Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a non-standard delivery method).
• Reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned goods.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Returning Goods:

• Return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.
• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
• Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Conditions of Returned Goods:

• You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, which are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Custom-made or personalized goods.
  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Exchanges:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
• A return label will be provided for exchanges.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if requested after 14 days from the original shipping date or if the products have been used or damaged.
