Where is Sorens Cosmetics based and where are the products made?

Sorens Cosmetics is a Swiss-inspired brand based out of New York and all of the products are made in a GMP/FDA approved facility in China. We take pride in designing our products formulas, bottles, and packaging here in the United States. All the products are produced with our input and supervision.

What is the difference between Sorens Cosmetics and other brands?

At Sorens Cosmetics we strive to provide natural products with organic ingredients at an affordable price. All our products are created with vegan, sulfate-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free ingredients and we never test our products on animals.

What is the meaning of Sorens?

Sorens is a name of a village in Switzerland in the cosmetic capital region, known for its calming, relaxing, and enjoyable atmosphere. A true environment where you can just be yourself surrounded by pure nature. We wanted to pass a part of that amazing experience onto you as well!

What is the brand mission?

To create natural, organic, high-quality, affordable products for every bathroom and every home throughout the world.

Are Sorens Cosmetics products Sulfate and Paraben free?

Yes – all Sorens Cosmetics products are Sulfate and Paraben free.

Are Sorens Cosmetics products ever tested on animals?

All Sorens Cosmetics products are Cruelty-Free and never tested on animals.

Are Sorens Cosmetics products Vegan?

All Sorens Cosmetics products are Vegan

Do you provide samples of your products?

No, we do not supply or provide samples of the products at this time.

Do Sorens Cosmetics products come with the pump?

All products come with a pump, not all but most.

Are Sorens Cosmetics products safe on color-treated hair?

Our products are natural, safe, and gentle so they can be safely used on color-treated hair.

Payment

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes – we do offer payment plans through our partner affiliates. Please check the payment options.

Why is my bank account/credit card showing a different amount?

Please allow 2-3 days for the transaction to settle. The amount shown is most likely not settled yet, therefore it is showing a pre-authorized amount rather than the correct amount.

Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

All products have free shipping  inside Belgium regardless of the amount or quantity purchased.

Who does all the shipping?

We use BPost, FedEx, UPS, NL post,  and DHL for international shipping

How long does it take to get my order?

Usually, it takes 2-7 business days to receive your order.

Can the products be shipped to PO Box?

Yes – products can be shipped to PO BOX.

Is a signature required for the delivery?

We do not require a signature for the delivery of the products.

Can products be shipped internationally?

Yes they can and the transit times may vary, but it usually takes 7-10 business days.

Is sales taxes charged?

We do charge the sales tax in all applicable Eu States.

In some cases, the package shows delivered but I did not receive it?

We kindly ask you to first check with your neighbors that the package was not delivered to them by mistake. Furthermore, please allow a few days for the delivery as the package can be marked delivered once it gets to the local sorting facility. Please note that Sorens Cosmetics is not responsible for damaged and lost packages in transit.

Does Sorens Cosmetics offer shipping insurance?

At this time we do not offer shipping insurance.

Loyalty Program and Account

What is the process to join a loyalty program?

Please click on “MY ACCOUNT” and follow the directions to become a member. After every purchase, you will see your reward points on the dashboard and the way you can use them. In addition to that please enjoy 15% off as a new member for the first time purchase.

Where can I find my account?

In the upper right corner click on “MY ACCOUNT”

How does the subscription work?

As a Sorens Cosmetics member, you will be able to schedule your automatic deliveries based on your needs such as monthly, every two months, every three months, or semi-annually. Furthermore, you will be immediately notified when the new products arrive and might be eligible to receive a free sample for testing.

Can I change/modify or cancel my subscription?

Yes, please sign into your account and go to “Change my subscription”. From there you can choose the options of the frequency of delivery and/or cancel the subscription. You will receive an email from us confirming your changes.

Returns and Exchanges

At Sorens Cosmetics we truly care about our customers and their satisfaction with our products. We do understand that at times you might not be happy or satisfied with our products and we encourage you to share your feedback with us. We assure you we will work with you to find a solution.

We do accept returns if the products have not been damaged and used more than 20% of the total net weight. The time frame for the return is 15 days from the shipping date .
